- 1 tbsp neutral oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 1/2 cup water chestnuts, finely diced
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 3 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
- 1 head butter lettuce, leaves separated
Instructions:
- Heat neutral oil in a 12-inch skillet or wok over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Add ground turkey in a flat layer and cook undisturbed for 4-5 minutes until a mahogany-colored crust forms, then break meat into small crumbles.

- Fold in the diced water chestnuts.
- Pour in the mixture of hoisin sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Stir constantly for 2-3 minutes until the sauce reduces into a glossy glaze.
