Instructions:

- On a large serving platter, overlap one slice of tomato, followed by one slice of mozzarella and one whole basil leaf, repeating the pattern in a circular or linear fashion.
- Whisk together the extra virgin olive oil, salt, and pepper in a small bowl or jar, then drizzle the mixture evenly over the platter.
