Ingredients:
- 1.5 cups (180g) graham cracker crumbs
- 5 tbsp (70g) unsalted butter, melted
- 3 tbsp (37g) granulated sugar
Instructions:
- Pulse graham cracker crumbs in a food processor until they reach a consistency of fine, uniform sand.
- Combine the crumbs and granulated sugar in a medium mixing bowl.
- Drizzle the melted butter over the mixture and stir with a fork or spatula until the crumbs resemble wet sand and no dry patches of sugar remain.
- Pour the mixture into a 9-inch pie plate or springform pan. Use the flat bottom of a glass to press the crumbs firmly into the base and up the sides until the surface feels firm and level.
- Place the pan in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the butter to re-solidify and set the crust.
