- 1 cup (240g) full-fat sour cream
- 2 tablespoons (30g) high-quality mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons (45g) prepared horseradish, drained
- 2 teaspoons (10g) Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon (3g) kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon (1g) freshly cracked black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5ml) Worcestershire sauce
Instructions:
- In a medium glass mixing bowl, combine the full-fat sour cream and mayonnaise. Whisk together until the mixture is completely smooth and glossy.
- Gently fold in the drained prepared horseradish, Dijon mustard, and fresh lemon juice using a silicone spatula or whisk.
- Add the kosher salt, freshly cracked black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Whisk briefly until seasonings are evenly distributed.
- Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and the sauce to set before serving.
