Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (240g) full-fat sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons (30g) high-quality mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons (45g) prepared horseradish, drained
  • 2 teaspoons (10g) Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon (3g) kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1g) freshly cracked black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5ml) Worcestershire sauce

Instructions:

  1. In a medium glass mixing bowl, combine the full-fat sour cream and mayonnaise. Whisk together until the mixture is completely smooth and glossy.
  2. Gently fold in the drained prepared horseradish, Dijon mustard, and fresh lemon juice using a silicone spatula or whisk.
  3. Add the kosher salt, freshly cracked black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Whisk briefly until seasonings are evenly distributed.
  4. Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and the sauce to set before serving.
