Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
- Add the minced garlic, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, pepper, honey, and grated Parmesan cheese into a mason jar or mixing bowl.
- Pour in the red wine vinegar and lemon juice. Secure the lid on the jar and shake vigorously for 30 seconds, or whisk rapidly until the honey and salt are fully dissolved.
- Slowly stream in the olive oil while continuing to shake or whisk until the mixture looks opaque and unified.
- Taste the dressing with a leaf of lettuce. Adjust by adding extra olive oil if too sharp, or more lemon juice if more zing is needed.
