Ingredients:
- 1.5 cups (180g) graham cracker crumbs
- 1 14 oz (397g) can sweetened condensed milk
- 0.25 cup (57g) unsalted butter, melted
- 0.25 tsp (1.5g) fine sea salt
- 0.75 cup (125g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 0.75 cup (125g) butterscotch morsels
- 1 cup (110g) finely chopped pecans
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x9 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides.
- In a large bowl, stir together the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and salt.
- Pour in the sweetened condensed milk and fold until a thick, cohesive paste forms.
- Stir in the semi-sweet chocolate chips, butterscotch morsels, and chopped pecans until evenly distributed.
- Press the mixture firmly into the prepared baking pan using a spatula to ensure an even surface.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until the edges are a deep mahogany color and the center is set but slightly springy.
- Remove from oven and let cool completely in the pan for at least 1 hour before lifting and slicing.
