Ingredients:
- 2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour
- 1 cup (240g) plain Greek yogurt
- 1.5 tsp (7g) baking powder
- 0.5 tsp (3g) salt
- 4 tbsp (56g) unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves (9g) fresh garlic, finely minced
- 1 tbsp (4g) fresh parsley, chopped
- 0.25 tsp (1.5g) salt
Instructions:
- Combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl.
- Fold in the room-temperature Greek yogurt using a spatula until a shaggy dough forms, then gently knead by hand for 30 seconds until smooth.
- Divide the dough into 12 equal portions and roll each into a circle approximately 1/4 inch thick.
- Place the dough circles on a medium-high heat cast iron skillet and cook for 2 minutes per side until golden-brown bubbles form and the bottom is mahogany-colored.
- Prepare the glaze by mixing melted unsalted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and salt.
- Immediately brush the garlic butter mixture over the surface of the flatbread while it is still hot.
