Ingredients:
- 1.5 cups frozen peach slices
- 0.5 frozen banana, broken into chunks
- 0.25 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 0.25 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp honey
- 0.25 tsp ground cinnamon
- 0.25 cup low-sugar granola
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 3 fresh peach slices
- 30g fresh blueberries
Instructions:
- Pour the almond milk and Greek yogurt into the blender first to create a vortex that pulls frozen ingredients down.
- Add the frozen peaches, banana, cinnamon, and honey. Start the blender on the lowest setting, gradually increasing to high, and blend for 45–60 seconds until the mixture reaches a soft-serve consistency.
- Stop the blender and use a silicone spatula to scrape down the sides. If the mixture is too thick, add one tablespoon of milk at a time and blend for another 10 seconds.
- Spoon the mixture into a chilled bowl and smooth the surface with the back of a spoon before adding granola, chia seeds, fresh peach slices, and blueberries.
