Ingredients:

  • 1.5 cups frozen peach slices
  • 0.5 frozen banana, broken into chunks
  • 0.25 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 0.25 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 0.25 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 0.25 cup low-sugar granola
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3 fresh peach slices
  • 30g fresh blueberries

Instructions:

  1. Pour the almond milk and Greek yogurt into the blender first to create a vortex that pulls frozen ingredients down.
  2. Add the frozen peaches, banana, cinnamon, and honey. Start the blender on the lowest setting, gradually increasing to high, and blend for 45–60 seconds until the mixture reaches a soft-serve consistency.
  3. Stop the blender and use a silicone spatula to scrape down the sides. If the mixture is too thick, add one tablespoon of milk at a time and blend for another 10 seconds.
  4. Spoon the mixture into a chilled bowl and smooth the surface with the back of a spoon before adding granola, chia seeds, fresh peach slices, and blueberries.
