Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (300g) fresh peach slices, peeled and pitted
  • 3 scoops (450ml) vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) whole milk
  • 1 tsp (5ml) vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) honey
  • 1/8 tsp (0.7g) salt

Instructions:

  1. Slice the fresh peaches into uniform chunks. For a thicker consistency, place the slices in the freezer for 30 minutes prior to blending.
  2. Pour the milk, vanilla extract, and honey into the blender.
  3. Add the peach slices and blend on high until the mixture is a smooth, golden puree.
  4. Add the vanilla ice cream and pulse until the texture is velvety and cohesive.
  5. Adjust consistency: add milk 1 tablespoon at a time if too dense, or one extra scoop of ice cream if too thin.
