Ingredients:
- 1 lb store-bought pizza dough
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 4 oz goat cheese, crumbled
- 7 fresh figs, thinly sliced into rounds
- 4 oz prosciutto, torn into bite-sized strips
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1 cup fresh baby arugula
- 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 pinch flaky sea salt
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a baking sheet, place it in the oven while it heats.
- Roll out the pizza dough on parchment paper into a 12-inch circle.
- Brush the surface of the dough with a mixture of olive oil and minced garlic.
- Distribute shredded mozzarella and crumbled goat cheese evenly across the dough, then arrange sliced figs on top of the cheese.
- Drape prosciutto strips over the figs.
- Slide the parchment paper onto the hot baking sheet or stone and bake for 10-12 minutes until the crust is deep mahogany-brown and prosciutto is crisp.
- Remove from oven and let rest for 2 minutes.
- Top with fresh baby arugula, drizzle with balsamic glaze and honey in a zig-zag pattern, and finish with a pinch of flaky sea salt.
