Ingredients:
- 1 can (14 oz) Hormel Mary Kitchen Corned Beef Hash
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1/2 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
Instructions:
- Open the can and transfer the contents into a medium bowl.
- Mix in the black pepper and onion powder.
- Pour the beaten egg over the hash.
- Fold in the panko breadcrumbs and the flour until a cohesive dough forms.
- Divide the mixture into four equal portions and press them into 1 inch thick discs.
- Add the avocado oil and butter to the skillet over medium high heat until the butter foams and settles.
- Carefully place the patties in the pan.
- Cook for 5 to 6 minutes until the bottom is dark golden and firm.
- Turn the patties over carefully.
- Sizzle for another 5 to 6 minutes until both sides are mahogany brown.
