  • 100g granulated white sugar
  • 50g packed brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 5ml pure vanilla extract
  • 117g graham cracker crumbs
  • 95g all-purpose flour
  • 3g baking soda
  • 1.5g fine sea salt
  • 170g semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, beat the softened butter and both sugars until the mixture looks pale and fluffy (about 2-3 minutes).
  2. Add the egg and vanilla extract; beat on medium-high until the batter is glossy and smooth.
  3. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the graham cracker crumbs, flour, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet base, mixing on low speed just until the flour streaks disappear.
  5. Gently stir in the chocolate chips using a spatula until evenly dispersed.
  6. Optional: Chill the dough for 30 minutes for thicker cookies.
  7. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 10 minutes.
