Ingredients:
- 115g unsalted butter, softened
- 100g granulated white sugar
- 50g packed brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 5ml pure vanilla extract
- 117g graham cracker crumbs
- 95g all-purpose flour
- 3g baking soda
- 1.5g fine sea salt
- 170g semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, beat the softened butter and both sugars until the mixture looks pale and fluffy (about 2-3 minutes).
- Add the egg and vanilla extract; beat on medium-high until the batter is glossy and smooth.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the graham cracker crumbs, flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet base, mixing on low speed just until the flour streaks disappear.
- Gently stir in the chocolate chips using a spatula until evenly dispersed.
- Optional: Chill the dough for 30 minutes for thicker cookies.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 10 minutes.
