Instructions:

  1. Measure the ¾ cup real mayonnaise into a medium mixing bowl.
  2. Add the 2 tbsp tomato ketchup directly on top of the mayo.
  3. Incorporate the 1 tsp yellow mustard and 1 tsp distilled white vinegar.
  4. Pour in the ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce until the liquid pools slightly in the center.
  5. Sprinkle the ½ tsp onion powder and ¼ tsp garlic powder evenly over the surface.
  6. Dust the ¼ tsp smoked paprika and ⅛ tsp salt over the mixture.
  7. Whisk vigorously for 60 seconds until the sauce turns a uniform coral color.
  8. Scrape the sides of the bowl with a spatula to ensure total integration.
  9. Taste a small amount on a fry or chip to check the salt balance.
  10. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes until the flavors have melded and intensified.
