Ingredients:
- 16 oz Rotini or Fusilli pasta
- 1.5 cups Zesty Italian dressing
- 1 cup English cucumber, diced
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
- 6 oz Pepperoni, sliced into half-moons
Instructions:
- Bring a large pot of heavily salted water to a rolling boil. Add the pasta and cook for 1-2 minutes less than the package directions. Drain in a colander.
- Dice the cucumbers into uniform ½-inch pieces. Halve the cherry tomatoes and slice the pepperoni. Place these in a large mixing bowl.
- Transfer the warm, drained pasta directly into the bowl with the vegetables. Immediately pour the Italian dressing over the top. Toss gently until the pasta looks glossy and the dressing is evenly distributed. Let it cool to room temperature before refrigerating.
